EPSI was founded 1976 in the US and is your Expert for Masking and Hanging Solutions. In the 90’s we distributed our products exclusivly through distributors in Europe. 2006 we established our European Location in Rotterdam. For strategic reasons, we moved this location to Germany in 2014. Besides our wide standard product range, we also offer custom masking and hanging solutions for powder coating, wet painting, E-Coating and other surface treatments.

Special solutions from EPSI

Besides our standard covers, we also develop special solutions for you with our global design team. Molded parts are made for you from materials such as silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, Viton, ABS, PLA, Vinyl and more. Through our new 3D Rapid Prototype technology, we are now able to provide you with a functional, heat-resistant release sample within a few days. This allows you to quickly test the accuracy of fit and function in your process. You too can benefit from our experience and reduce your coating costs.

Another strength of ours is masking.

Our high heat resistant technical tapes are mainly purchased from our sister company Specialty Tapes Manufacturing in the USA as log rolls. Due to our own cutting machines we are able to manufacture and deliver these tapes in widths of 3 - 1550 mm. Quality is our top priority, so we also want our products to arrive clean and sensible, each roll is shrink wrapped and delivered with a label with article number and batch number printed on it.

In addition to the roll product, we can also supply you with labels/stickers made from these masking tapes. Short delivery times are guaranteed due to our own cutting plotter and punching machine at our Osnabrück site.

We have two manufacturing processes for this product group. Small series are cut on our cutting plotters and for large series we punch the labels / stickers. In both variants we deliver the labels / stickers weeded, wound on a 3" core, shrink-wrapped in foil and printed with a label with article number and batch number.

To optimize handling, we can also supply our labels on a slit-back liner and perforate the liner between the labels.
