Custom Hooks and wire bending parts
Due a large and modern CNC machine park, we can offer custom hooks and 3D wire bending parts.
Those parts can be manufactured with a diameter between 1,5 and 30 mm and a length between 20 - 1000 mm without any tooling cost.
The most common materials we use are:
- S235, copper plated wire
- Steel
- 1.4310, Spring Steel
- Spring Steel, Type B
- 1.4301, Stainless Steel
- Aluminum
Other materials upon request
